The Community Strategic Plan summarises the key issues facing this community and formulates recommended strategies which Council and/or other agencies could implement to address the identified needs.
The Community Strategic Plan seeks to identify the various needs of the people living in and also visiting the Central Darling Shire, it determines whether it is Council's responsibility to take an action to meet their needs and also recommend action plans which are designed to meet these needs.
