Work includes:
• Demolition of existing male and female changeroom facilities and construction of new unisex changeroom, store, accessible bath, lifeguard canteen as per specification in schedule 4 and 5.
• Demolition of existing stair located outside the building and construction of new stairs, access ramps, concrete pathway as per specification in schedule 4 and 5.
• Demolition of access ramp, slab in picnic table shelter and construction of new access ramps, slab.
