Development Applications

On Exhibition

Council is required to put on public exhibition, Development Applications received through the NSW Planning Portal. You can find current DAs on exhibition here.

Development Consents

Development Consents for building works can be found here. Further information on these Development Consents can be obtained by contacting Council during business hours on 08 8083 8900.

Development Charges

Fees and charges are applicable to all development applications, consent certificates, inspections and other items as regulated by the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000
