The Chairman of Central Darling Shire Council has announced the appointment of a new General Manager following an Extra-Ordinary Council Meeting held on Wednesday the 28th of January 2026. “I am pleased to announce that Mr John Sevil has accepted the position. He brings extensive experience to the position and will play a pivotal role in the future success of Central Darling Shire as a Rural and Remote Council,” Chair Bob Stewart said.
