Central Darling Shire draft Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2026 - 2030
The Disability Inclusion Act 2014 (NSW) requires all NSW councils to prepare and implement a Disability Inclusion Action Plan and to consult with people with disability in the preparation and review of the plan. The draft DIAP 2026–2030 has been prepared to provide a framework for improving access, inclusion and participation for people with disability across the Central Darling Shire over the next four years. The plan is structured around the four focus areas prescribed by the NSW Government: positive community attitudes and behaviours, liveable communities, meaningful employment, and accessible systems and processes.
Submissions will be received up until 5pm on Friday 18 September 2026.
