Draft Community Service Awards Policy
This policy aims to establish a transparent, equitable framework for recognising outstanding contributions to the Central Darling Shire Council community through annual Community Service Awards.
This program supports Council’s Community Strategic Plan by:
• Encouraging community participation and volunteerism
• Promoting pride in Shire towns and communities and social cohesion
• Recognising excellence in community leadership and service
The Central Darling Shire draft policy is on public exhibition for comment
Submissions will be received up until 5pm on Friday 18 September 2026.
