Council Swimming Pools

Council has four swimming pools, one in each of our towns: Wilcannia, Menindee, White Cliffs and Ivanhoe.

The swimming pools will open to the public for the 2022/23 season on Monday 7 November. 

The season usually ends at Easter but this is subject to change.

Hours are also subject to change at short notice, depending on weather conditions and staff availability.

Antisocial behaviour at the pool will not be tolerated. Lifeguards are authorised to ask people who engage in antisocial behaviour to leave the pool.

Pools will be open 7 days a week except Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Menindee and Wilcannia Opening hours will be:

• 3:30pm to 6:30pm Weekdays

• 3pm to 7pm Weekends and Public Holidays

Entry Fee is a gold coin per person or $100 family season pass.

Ivanhoe and White Cliffs Opening hours will be:

• 10am to 7pm any day.

These two pools will be unsupervised and card entry is required.

• Ivanhoe MSO, Columbus Street 9am to 5pm weekdays

• White Cliffs Caravan Park, 9am to 5pm weekdays

Entry Fee is $100 family season pass.
