Regional Telecommunication Review

Reliability, coverage and cost are being highlighted as key issues facing Central Darling Shire residents’ ability to access vital telecommunications in a submission to be presented to Federal Government’s Regional Telecommunications Review.

The lack of telecommunications resources, coupled with cost and reliability, has been highlighted during the current COVID outbreak.

Council’s Regional Telecoms Review Draft Submission is located here for anyone to review and the public is invited to comment on the submission by emailing council@centraldarling.nsw.gov.au or writing to The General Manager, Central Darling Shire Council, PO Box 165 WILCANNIA NSW 2836.

Comments on the submission MUST be received by Friday 24 September 2021 so they can be incorporated into the submission which needs to be lodged by Thursday 30 September 2021.
